Group Classes - Schedule & Prices


  • Level Beginner are designed to give you the time and support to understand the proper alignment of yoga asanas (postures) and breathing technique. The teacher help you master the correct form, understand proper breathing techniques, and build confidence in your practice.
  • Level 1 classes build on the fundamental postures introduced in Level 1 through creative and challenging sequences. Level 1-2 classes are also ideal for learning and practicing the basics of more challenging postures.
  • Level 2 classes are designed to expand on your strength, stamina and flexibility as you master advanced postures. Level 2 classes will help solidify your practice at an intermediate level.
  • Yoga Awakening special Course The props are used for supporting the body so that you can hold poses for longer, allowing you to open your body through passive stretching. After you are set up in a pose with all your props, you will hold the pose for an extended period, often up to ten - fifteen min. Although you are supported, you will definitely still feel the stretch.
  • Hatha Yoga - 60 min to balance effort,  surrendering of the body with the Asanas, demanding at the asanas a sweet way to create a deep relaxing and steadiness of mind. Pranayama and Meditation. Beginner are Welcome.
  • Pranayama Meditation - 60 min Formal practice of controlling the breath, lies at the heart of yoga.
  • Private and Partner Yoga available every day by appointment, from Monday till Saturday midday

Reservation is strongly suggested 24 hours prior to lessons commencement either via on-line, e-mail or telephone.

Later registrations are of course possible but it could be not guaranteed class availability.

A notice of 24h is required on all cancellations and schedule changes. This notice allows the instructor to place another client in that time slot.


Ensure you're hydrated and have not eaten for at least 2 hours before class. If you have an injury or medical conditions, notify your teacher in advance. It's possible to modify a specified asana to make it more suitable for you. Inform your teacher if you're pregnant or have recently had a baby.
