In the class we practice precise body-weight postures and movements which are designed to improve the body in specific body areas , to strenght muscular chains , working on flexibilitis and body contact awarness. Focusing on different goals generally they fall into the following categories:

• Forward bends
• Back bends
• Balancing poses
• Seated and twisting poses
• Standing poses
• Arm balance poses
• Core poses
• Inversion (Upside-down) poses
